Can someone tell me how to add google Adsense to my blog??? Or if its even possible with only having the basic free wordpress?

You probably can’t do it with the free one because you can’t run scripts. Pius they wouldn’t let you turn a profit for free. I you started getting a lot of hits a day though it might be worth while investing in though, plus you’d have the freedom of your own domain as well as the ability to completely customize.
